The Mason City Jaycees are a diverse group of North Iowan and Mason City young professionals aged 21-40 centered on promoting leadership development through volunteerism and service, as well as social and individual development opportunities.

We are active young citizens empowered to create positive change.

JCI (more commonly Jaycees) is a leadership training and civic organization for people between the ages of 18 and 40. Areas of emphasis are business development, management skills, individual training, community service, and international connections. The JCI is a not-for-profit corporation/organization as described under Internal Revenue Code 501(c)(4).​  The Mason City Jaycees are a proud affiliate of JCI Iowa/Iowa Jaycees, JCI USA, and JCI.
